Walk-in X-ray

X-rays work by exposing the body to a brief dose of radiation to produce an image of the internal organs. X-rays are used in many different ways for diagnosis, which can include chest x-rays, skeletal x-rays and spine x-rays. One of the most common uses for x-rays is a bone radiograph. Bone radiographs are images of the skeletal system that are used to show hairline fractures and bone chips. X-rays are also used to monitor the development of diseases such as arthritis and osteoporosis.

If you need an x-ray, make sure to bring your referral form with you. Although it may be more convenient for you to make an appointment (to ensure timeliness), you can walk into our office and have an x-ray taken at anytime throughout the day.
